Let me introduce myself.

 

My joy is residential home marketing and negotiations. I’ve done 50 transactions for my own personal residential investment properties, I understand the bottom line is getting you the most for your money.

Business background

Along with being a Realtor, in the last 25 years I’ve:

  •  Done land acquisition and sub-division development.
  •  Negotiated tricky land and properties sales up to $6,000,000.
  •  Built homes and a 60,000 sq. ft. commercial building.
  •  Created multiple successful marketing campaigns.

 

My story

A Northwest native, I was born in Spokane, spent my teen years in Seattle and then discovered these amazing cities in the Greater Portland and Vancouver Metro area. I got hooked! Currently I live with my wife on acreage where we talk Trail Blazer basketball, debate politics, host parties, and grow things to look at and eat. In my spare time I build tree houses and pirate ships for my grandkids.

I’ve enjoyed volunteering my time and skills for a variety of non-profits, including designing and sponsoring one event that gained a non-profit 450 new members!  My focus now is international children’s homes.

He also helped me coordinate the repairs on my home and checked up on me long after our transaction was complete. Tom is a fantastic realtor!

We have bought and sold over 20 homes and he is by far the best realtor we have worked with. From our first meeting to our last he was very professional, personable, and positive. The support he provided included a home inspection to identify any potential issues that may impact the sale, contractor information for upgrading the condo prior to the sale, and staging advice. Since we were out of town sellers, he went out of his way to make sure the contractor, cleaners, inspectors, and the photographer had access to the condo when needed.

Tom’s communication and marketing plan were outstanding. For the brochure of the condo a professional photographer took amazing pictures, and he used traditional, internet, and social media to market the property. We had two offers within days, with one buyer purchasing the condo for above asking price.

He constantly kept us appraised of the progress of the sale. The initial inspection and preparation work that Tom provided paid off and the sale went very smoothly with no surprises, and closed early!
