Provide my staging furniture FREE. If the home is vacant this is a $2,500 to $3,500 value and it WILL get you a higher price

PRE-SALE INSPECTIONS
Most transactions that fail are because of surprises that come up in a buyer's home inspection. Your 'win' is important so I pay for a pre-home inspection to pro-actively address issues that will certainly come up anyway.
